Freshness & Storage

Our cookies are baked fresh and contain zero preservatives. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to maximize shelf life. They will remain perfectly fresh for up to one week from delivery. If you want to save them for later, we recommend freezing them immediately upon arrival. You can store them frozen and enjoy them for up to 1 month!

Shipping Policy (Arizona Only)

We operate strictly within Arizona in full compliance with local Cottage Food Program regulations. Because of this, we only ship to addresses within the state of Arizona.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be baked and prepared for dispatch.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 8:00 AM on Thursday will be baked and shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do our best to accommodate modifications. However, we reserve the right to decline any cancellation or modification requests once processing has begun.

Please double-check your order and shipping information before finalizing your purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot modify the products or the delivery address, and we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
